Professional Summary

My professional journey in Business Systems and Enterprise Integrations started in 2019 as a contract Junior Salesforce Administrator, where I was tasked with assessing the health of our Salesforce org. Through in-depth analysis of field usage and dependencies, I identified and safely removed over 3,000 unused fields—resolving long-standing data integrity issues, improving system performance, and creating a scalable foundation for future growth. That early experience established my reputation as someone who is detail-oriented, thoughtful about impact, and trusted with critical systems. It led to my promotion to Sales Operations Analyst / Salesforce Administrator in 2020 as a full-time employee.

As the company navigated the pandemic and transitioned to remote work in 2020, I continued to expand my scope and skill sets. In Sales Operations, I partnered closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue teams to automate and scale core Salesforce processes. I streamlined pipeline forecasting and management reporting by integrating Salesforce with Google Sheets—reducing preparation time from days to minutes and enabling leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions. I also supported Salesforce CPQ pricing and territory management initiatives, translating complex business logic into reliable, compliant CRM automations that improved data accuracy and operational efficiency during a period of rapid change.

In 2021, I was proud to be part of the company during its IPO, contributing behind the scenes by ensuring the systems supporting revenue, forecasting, and reporting were stable, accurate, and audit-ready. That milestone reinforced my interest in building systems that are not just functional, but resilient and trustworthy at scale.

My growing expertise in Salesforce automation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration caught the attention of leadership, and in 2022 I was promoted and transitioned into IT as an Integration Systems Analyst. In this role, I expanded beyond Salesforce into enterprise integrations, quickly ramping up on SnapLogic and Workato to support revenue-critical workflows. I redesigned and migrated complex integrations—such as the AWS ACE–Salesforce opportunity exchange and Cloud Marketplace operations—improving reliability, reducing manual intervention, and delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual cost savings.

By 2024, my ability to quickly master new platforms, deliver high-impact integrations, and partner effectively with Engineering, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and PLG teams led to my promotion to Business Systems Integrations Engineer

Across every role, I’ve been motivated by the same principles: continuous learning, operational excellence, and building systems that people can trust. From cleaning up thousands of Salesforce fields as a contractor to architecting AI-driven and revenue-critical integrations as an engineer, my career progression reflects both my passion for the work and my commitment to delivering meaningful business impact.
